That’s why I created Founders First Coaching. I coach the founders individually and as a group to bring the whole team (and thereby the company) into a cohesive unit that operates as an actual team in the service of their innovation.
Our secret sauce
Ready to get started? here’s how our process works.
Any one of the founding team members can contact me and schedule a consultation call. If we are a good fit and the whole team is in agreement and motivated to change their maladaptive behaviors, then we can start the work.
I would meet each team member individually first to assess where everyone is on the map of the group’s dynamics. Then I would meet the group as a whole and evaluate how the team is (not) working and what can be done to properly bring the team’s connection into relative alignment. I would adapt our schedule to your needs however, as a general rule, weekly individual calls and monthly group calls/offsites would occur for all teams.
The initial process takes about 3 or 4 months to occur. At that point the group and I would assess how the dynamics have shifted and how they have not, so we can continuously refine our approach towards optimized behaviors that contribute to the team’s growth.
